This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.cloverlanedesign.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
REFUND POLICY

E-DESIGN:
Due to the time invested in creating custom e-designs, we do not offer refunds or discounts. After the online room survey is complete and signed, no refunds are given for any reason.
We will make sure you love your final design! There are opportunities in the client experience to give feedback. Up to five reselections are complimentary, additional revisions are subject to an hourly charge.
It is highly recommended that suggested products be purchased as soon as possible (especially if they are on sale). If a recommended item sells out within two weeks, we will find a new option(s) that fits the design. After two weeks, if an item is sold out, hourly charges will apply for additional work on the project.
CLD HOME:
We are not able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, all sales are final unless product(s) is damaged in transit. Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, contact SideDoor customer service.

Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
