Many times a home staging consultation isn’t quite enough. You may find that you need some additional items to make the house look amazing online and for showings. These packages include rentals such as artwork, throw pillows, plants, and accessories. See which package suits your needs best.

Vacant Home Accessory Only Staging
starts at $525 (depending on location)
What you’ll receive:
After providing photos, Clover Lane Design will stage the home.
accessories and plants for the kitchen and bathroom countertops ( up to 2 baths + half bath )
4 pieces artwork for main rooms and 3 small pieces for bathrooms
accessories for mantel and/or bookcase
towels for bathrooms
up to 3 months rental included
up to 2 hours in the home
a return visit to collect all rented items
Basic Occupied Home Staging
starts at $875 (depending on location)
What you’ll receive:
After the initial paid consultation, Clover Lane Design will bring in needed items for the main rooms: entry, one living room, kitchen, breakfast room, and primary bedroom suite. We’ll focus the staging on these rooms and tackle the other rooms (using items you already own) as time allows.

bedding and bed pillows are not included, but shopping links can be provided
up to 3 hours in the home
up to 3 months rental included
a return visit to collect all rented items
Deluxe Occupied Home Staging
starts at $1350 (depending on location)
What you’ll receive:
After the initial consultation Clover Lane Design will bring in needed items for the main rooms listed in the Basic Occupied Package above. In addition, we will bring in needed items for three more rooms of your choice, and the additional bathrooms, . We’ll focus the staging on these rooms and tackle the other rooms (using items you already own) as time allows.
